Manual Lymphatic Drainage

The Latin word for lymph, lympha, refers to the deity of fresh water. Lymph is a clear fluid carried by the lymphatic vessels just below the skin. It's separate from blood  in that it flows with a siphon effect, not by a heart pump. Therefore, daily movement of tissue is crucial for a healthy lymph system.

Promotion of this system through manual lymphatic massage helps compensate for movement when we've been stuck in bed or stagnant too long. This helps improve our immune system, skin health, and range of motion by reducing stress, local pain and swelling of fluids.

Lymphatic work is recommended with, but not limited to the following treatments:

  • Skin Treatments

  • Vitamin Infusions

  • Micro needling/blading

  • PRP/Exosomes Therapy

  • Sexual Rejuvenation

  • Injectables

Table Thai

Thai massage is an ancient practice from over 2500 years ago that differs from other massage techniques because of its rhythmic quality and combination of a stretch-oriented approach with acupressure. This combination primarily helps increase range of motion in a client's joints, which works to reduce headaches, daily stress/anxiety,  improve quality of sleep, digestion and athletic performance for the client.

Thai massage is recommended with, but not limited to the following treatments:

  • Vitamin Infusions

  • Sexual Rejuvenation

  • Body Contouring

Trigger Point Therapy

A trigger point is a hyper-irritable knot. Basically, a knot that has been there for too long. This can happen either from a recent incident or falling out of a tree when we were kids. Over time trigger points affect our posture, sleeping habits, circulation, general mood, and majorly contributes to chronic muscle pains that we consistently feel as dull/achy.

This neuromuscular approach uses a light yet focused touch, essentially giving those knotted areas a chance to unwind and allow space for muscles to either let go or come back together, depending on what the body needs. On top of releasing tight muscle groups, trigger point work helps to relieve mental clarity (even cases of PTSD), improve quality of sleep, blood flow, muscle spasms, joint mobility, posture, even chronic pain.

Trigger point Therapy is recommended with, but not limited to the following treatments:

  • Vitamin Infusions

  • Sexual Rejuvenation

  • Body Contouring

  • Injectables
